The White Raven
Strokes my bare chest
Balls my shirt in her fist,
She sleeps
Stirring only when I shift.
The White Raven
She whispers so gently
Her soft skin her plumage
Soft under my hands
As I could only imagine
A goddess' love would feel.
The White Raven
When she wakes
Her eyes peer up to me
Auburn like falling leaves
With leaf green flecks
Like springtime
Take me home
Eyes of my White Raven
Won't you take me home
Where the Lilies sweet the air
Your Lilies of the Vale
And my bed show the colors
The Colors of your Soul
My White Raven
Take me to a home
Not yet discovered
That will one day hold you.

History was my father,
Nature's Elements my mother.
He taught me of my past:
The lonely goat herder
Stumbling thirsty and mindless
Through the worst desert heat
In his darkest hour.
He taught me:
The baby girl with rosy cheeks
And posies in her windowsill
Crying for a mother
Who will never come home
And a father
Who will never forget.
He taught me:
An Irishman planting his potatoes
Unsuspecting of the horror to occur
As he watches his children starve
And his wife waste away.
He taught me:
A young man in a soldier's uniform
Though he is but a boy
An eagle and a swastika
Bearing down
Over his innocent psyche

On the Swift Wings of Hell
To shroud you, my love, in mist
The black light rays of a jealous moon
Do consort with the deathly shadowed night,
Each long and forever said to be devious, hated adversary to the other
You,
Oh Sun
Oh glorious, beautiful Sun
Forever there are clouds and mountains
Stretching ominous like death betwixt and between us
I,
A fallen star
Your loyal disciple
Do look upon you and weep,
Laying in the bed of my own unintentional destruction
My gaze remains upon the shining visage of that which I desire
Not in sadness, fear, or desolate, shrouded anguish
Instead in hope in wonder in sense.
That which imparts in me your lo
My world crumbles and breaks
The pieces drifting like stars among the dark matter of the blackened sky
Is this a dream, or is reality the dream?
I cannot know
I do not want to know
The only thing I want is her
But I cannot indulge in the sweet scent of her, the eerie draw
For if I cannot keep control
I know I will bring her more harm than good
But without that sweet sorrow that she brings
I fear I will fade into the night side
The dark half of my soul
That urges to do what I know I cannot.
Why must I be this way?
Why must I feel this way?
She is the sweetness of the flowers of heaven,
My beautiful Lily of the Vale
Which none but the saints dare to look upon,
Within the rapture of their holiest moment of faith;
So who am I,
No saint or god,
To look upon her angelic visage,
To smell the sweetest scent,
On any heaven, hell, or earth?
Such deep blasphemy,
Such terrible temptation it is,
That I nearly fear I will be struck down for such sacrilege.
And yet I would trade that feeling,
That unforgivable and unrepentable sin,
For nothing and no one.
My soul be damned,
And the rest of me to the hounds of hell,
For I would endure an eternity of agony,
for just a g

Well, I posted the first story that I actually intend to follow up on today. It's the first chapter of Vertrauen, meaning 'truth'. Which I thought was rather fitting, seeing as what the main-character inadvertently opts into. :XD: Anyway, I would really love it if my watchers and everyone who bothers to read these darn journal things would head over and read it and give me feedback... I know I must have made mistakes here or there, too, and if you could point those out if you notice that would be AWESOME. Thanks so much, everyone who reads/comments/faves/glances at/notices the first chapter. Much love to everyone!!
